Social Distancing & Mental Health Awareness

As we practice social distancing, it's important to stay aware of the added stress on our mental health.

Engage in healthy activities that you enjoy and find relaxing. Take walks or exercise regaularly, keep regular sleep and personal hygiene routines, eat healthy food and reach out by phone or video calls to loved ones. Keep things in perspective.

If social distancing or self-isolation is triggering mental health issues you can call the Shelburne County Warm Line, open Tuesday 12-8pm, Wednesday 4:30-8pm and Friday 12-8pm. 1-833-927-6546 or Mental Health & Addiction Services 1-855-922-1122, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
