Social Distancing Advice - Nova Scotia Government

Social distancing helps prevent the spread of #COVID19NS, but it doesn’t mean you have to stay inside.

Social distancing means limiting your contact with other people. Some things individuals and families can do to practice social distancing include avoiding gatherings and group activities; staying 2 metres (6 feet) apart if you do need to interact with others; and limiting visitors in your home.
