The Municipality of the District of Shelburne has in place a Municipal Planning Strategy and a Land Use By-Law relating to wind turbine development.

The Lake Rodney Watershed Area By-Law can be viewed at the municipal office during normal business hours.

There are no business or residential zones in the Municipality of Shelburne.
