Non-Profit Financial Management Made Easy

Every not-for-profit needs to manage its funds and report back to its members and community about how they invested their money. Boards of Directors are further responsible for financial oversight, ensuring that the organization is financially stable and that funds are well managed. Leaders understand this responsibility but often aren’t sure how they should do this, what is specifically expected, what questions they should ask, and what tools they have to do it efficiently and effectively. During this workshop, Max Chauvin, MBA, and Jamie Thompson, CPA, will take the mystery out of financial management for your organization, provide you with some simple tools to do it quickly and efficiently, and answer your nagging questions.

This will be a practical workshop, and attendees are encouraged to bring a copy of their financial statements so that we can share practical examples that you can implement right away.
While this workshop is designed for staff and members of an organization’s Board of Directors, everyone is welcome.
